The Blake Cross Country program will be conducting conditioning workouts over the summer to prepare for the upcoming Fall season.
Conditioning workouts are voluntary, and are open to all Blake students.
Workouts will be held at 8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, meeting at the Blake track, starting on June 22nd and leading up to the start of Fall sports.
The first day of official Cross Country practice will be held on Wednesday, August 9th at 8am. Students will meet on the Blake track. Go to the Tryouts page for more information. (Note: registration will now be online for the Fall 2017 season. Information will be posted by mid-July).
